I am proud of the units I have planned so far.

Grow- I would like to be better at reaching my students who are kind of “middle of the road”. These tend to be students that are doing well and sometimes are off of my radar due to students with higher behavioral and academic needs.

Concern- I am concerned with the lack of discipline and follow- through that students receive. We are doing students a disservice when we do not hold them accountable for their actions.
