I'm fairly sure this is because I was adding more shape to her belly but I didn't slip and score, or I didn't slip and score enough as I was adding more on bit by bit to build up the shape.
I didn't want to 'glue' them back on with bisque fix, incase they just fell off again in the glaze firing, since they would just be hanging upside down with nothing keeping them in place. Which in hindsight I probably could have worked around using stilts to hold the pieces in place but it just seemed like there was too much room for something to go wrong. 
So.

I believe this is in the join when I took the armature out and put the body back together again. I think the weight from the tail has strained this join.
I put stilts behind the tail to support it if it did start sagging and after firing it had dropped onto one of the stilts so there was definitely movement in the tail. I'm going to have to figure out a way to fire these forms without so much pressure from the tail during firing.
