Do young people prefer living in flats?

Many young people choose to live in flats instead of houses. Some believe this is due to modern lifestyles, while others think it is a temporary choice. In this essay, I will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of living in flats for young people .

On the one hand, living in a flat is often cheaper than buying a house. Many young people couldn’t afford a large house, so paying or buying a flat is a best option.

Secondly, flats are usually located in city centres, shops, and entertainment. This is very convenient for young people who enjoy an active social life.

Furthemore, flats require less maintenance. Young people often haven’t a lot of time, so they prefer living in places where they do not need to worry about a garden or large spaces.

On the other hand, flats have some disadvantages. They are smaller than houses, which can be uncomfortable, especially for those who want more space or people who want to have a big family.

Besides, living in a flat means having less privacy and dealing with noise from neighbours. Some young people may be stressed.

In conclusion, living in a flat has positive and negative aspects. It offers lower costs, but it also comes with limitations in space and privacy. In my opinion, young people prefer flats because they don’t have much money. However, if their needs have to change, many can choose to move to larger homes in the future.

Lately, not only has THE FUTURE OF JOBS AND SKILLS been a popular topic, but it has also led some collectives to voice criticism of the mainstream attitude. It should be a crucial target for the government to develop more technology jobs, due to many people think that it is bad for society. In this paper, two approaches which ought to be taken into account will be discussed.

Those who are in favour claim that technology created more jobs than it has destroyed. Furthermore the green economy is creating new jobs faster than jobs are disappearing in the polluting sectors.

Nevertheless, in spite of the advantages, there is a main drawback. Some people think that technology will destroy many jobs, but the experts say that it is wrong, due to the fact that the machines can't develop bridges and , also, they can't look after a child at the hospital. Some studies say that the 70 % of the workers are in jobs with uncertain futures, and this must be improved with the right skills preparation.

Having looked at both sides of the argument, I think that technology has more advantages than disadvantages, because it develops more employment than it destroys, so I am in favour of the advantages. Furthermore, some jobs can't be realised by machines.

Wearing second-hand clothes is an amazing way to protect the planet.

Over the past of the years, it is widely known that buying second-hand clothes is cheaper, and it’s better for our planet, because we give a second chance to that clothes which other people don’t want. Furthermore, many scientists and researchers from all around the world claim that this is one of the better options for buying clothes. Personally, I strongly believe that these scientists are on the correct.

To begin with, there’s no doubt that if people buy clothes in second-hand shops, the big enterprises will reduce their production. The less you buy in large clothing chains, the less you pollute. Recycling clothes may also be a solution for many environmental problems, unless they pollute in other ways. If I were you, I would buy some clothes in second-hand shops.

Secondly, it is argued that wearing second-hand clothes can slow down climate change. Therefore, it might be better than buying it on local enterprises. Besides, people who buy second-hand clothes save more money than others. In my opinion, buying in this type of shop is a good way to find clothes which, probably, you cannot find in other places.

To sum up, I can’t say that wearing clothes from second-hand shops is the solution to pollution, but what I’m sure is that this is one of the best ones. I would recommend recycling clothes in this way.

Personally, I strongly believe that luck is real and helps people in many moments of life.

To begin with, there’s no doubt that luck gives good things to people. The more luck you have, the more good things you get. Luck may also be a reason for good changes unless the person never tries anything. If I were you, I would always believe in luck and hope for good things.

Secondly, it is argued that some people have luck at school, at work, or in games. Therefore, it might be better than working too much sometimes. Besides, people who are lucky are often happy and relaxed. In my opinion, luck is very good and can help us a lot.

To sum up, I can’t say if luck is or not the most important thing, but what I’m sure about is that luck is one of the best things. I would recommend you to believe in it and always think positive.

Pros and cons of tablets instead of textbooks at schools.

Somo people think that the use of tablets in school has many advantages and is therefore beneficial for children's learning, while other people think that the use of tablets in school has disadvantages in that it distracts children's attention. I will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of using tablets in school.

On one hand, the use of tablets helps to motivate students to understand the topics by allowing them to handle the notes more interactively. Also , several studies have affirmed that the use of tablets can improve the visual memory of students, increasing their grades.

On the other hand, the use of tablets in an educational environment can increase the physical problems of students such as back pain and various postural problems. Also, the use of tablets may encourage students to be distracted at various times during school hours, jeopardising their correct learning.

To conclude, the use of tablets in the class has different points for against, but taking everything into consideration , in my opinion , the use of tables can be counterproductive, as their disadvantages outweigh their advantages. I would therefore prefer education not to be influenced by the use of technology.

Mobile phones in classrooms.

Over the past years, it is widely known that mobile phones have become part of our daily lives. Some people think they should be allowed in class, while others believe they are a big distraction. In my opinion, mobile phones should not be allowed during lessons.

To begin with, phones can easily distract students. Instead of paying attention to the teacher, many students prefer to check social media or play games. This makes it harder to focus and learn properly.

Secondly, not all students use phones in the same way. Some use them for learning, but others use them to cheat or record classmates without permission. This can create problems and even bullying. In my opinion, it’s safer to keep phones out of the classroom to avoid these situations.

In addition, schools should be a place to talk face to face, not through screens. If students use their phones all the time, they lose the chance to interact in real life. Talking in person helps to build stronger friendships and communication skills.

To sum up, I believe mobile phones should be banned during lessons. They cause distraction, problems, and reduce real communication. Of course, they can be useful, but only if used at the right time like during breaks or after school.

Some people think that living in a flat in the center of the city is the best option that a teenager can take, while others think that is better to go out hills. In This essay, I’m going to discuss about the advantages and disadvantages of living in a flat.

On the one hand, I think that living in a flat in the centre of the city makes easier access to stores, universities… or places visited daily easier. A house out of the hills forces you to take the car to access all these places.

On the other hand, for young people is

convenient to live in a place without noise because it is annoying for them while they are studying. Also, living in a house out of the hills is more relaxing and you hace more privacy to do even you want without people gossiping.

To conclude, I think that living in a flat has a lot of points for and against, but taking everything in consideration, I think that the better option depends on the preferences of the person.

Some people believe we are not alone in space, but others think that aliens are just science fiction.

On the one hand, the universe is so big that it's hard to believe Earth is the only planet with life. Scientists have discovered many planets that could have good conditions for life. In addition, some strange lights and signals from space suggest that aliens could be real.

On the other hand, no one has found real evidence of the existence of aliens. We have never received a clear message or seen real aliens. Therefore, aliens couldn't exist after all.

In conclusion, there are good reasons to believe in the existence of aliens, but we haven't got evidences. In this essay, I will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of having money.

On the one hand, money can be used to buy things that make life easier. For example, a comfortable house or good education can be paid with money. Also, many opportunities can be offered to people with money. Moreover, it is said that when people don’t have financial problems, they feel more relaxed and secure.

On the other hand, money does not guarantee real happiness. Also, rich people are sometimes unhappy or lonely. Furthermore, someone once said that “the best things in life cannot be bought.” In addition, it must be remembered that love, friendship and health are things that cannot be bought with money.

To conclude, money has different points for and against, but taking everything into consideration, in my opinion, it can help in life, but true happiness depends on other things, such as relationships and inner peace.

"Whether everyone should have the right to access healthcare regardless of their economic status."

Nowadays, most people agree that everyone should have access to healthcare regardless of their economic status is an important issue.
It has both positive and negative aspects. In this essay, I will discuss the arguments supporting the main advantages and disadvantages.

On the one hand, many people believe that universal access to healthcare has numerous benefits. Firstly, the most significant is that it guarantees that all people, rich or poor, receive medical treatment when needed.
As a result, health equality is promoted. Furthermore, another advantage is that it can reduce the spread of diseases in society.
For instance, when more people receive vaccinations or treatment, public health improves.
Besides, it can reduce long-term healthcare costs by focusing on prevention.

On the other hand, there are also some drawbacks. Although they are not as significant as the advantages, the most notable is that it may increase the financial burden on governments.
For example, public funds may not be enough to provide high-quality services for all.
In addition, a further disadvantage is that some people might misuse free healthcare services.
Owing to this fact, resources could be wasted and waiting times might increase.

To sum up, in my opinion, I feel that universal access to healthcare has more advantages because it can offer more benefits than drawbacks.
This is because health is a basic human right, and no one should be denied treatment because of their income.

It should be a crucial target for the whole society to understand its effects, due to the fact that many teenagers use it every day. In this paper, two approaches which ought to be taken into account will be discussed.

FIRST PARAGRAPH: ADVANTAGES
Those who are in favour claim that social media helps young people stay in touch with friends and meet new people. It is also useful for learning new things, finding information quickly, and sharing ideas or personal opinions.

SECOND PARAGRAPH: DISADVANTAGES
Nevertheless, in spite of the advantages, there is a main drawback: spending too much time on social media can be bad for mental health. Some teenagers feel stressed or sad because of online pressure, and there are also problems like cyberbullying or feeling bad when comparing themselves to others.

CONCLUSION: + OPINION
Having looked at both sides of the argument, I really think that the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. If young people use social media carefully and with help from adults, it can be something very positive in their lives.
