The Lithosphere contains the crust and the different parts of the mantle. The upper mantle is called the asthenosphere. The asthenosphere is right below the crust, and right above the mantle. Underneath the manthe is the outer and inner cores of the Earth. The Earth’s water goes through the water cycle. The water goes through evaporation, where it travels into the air as a gas, condensation,where it forms clouds, and precipitation, where it fall back to the Earth as rain, snow, hail, etc.
