This document was written by John Dickinson, Benjamin Franklin, and Silas Deane. The purpose of the document was to create a first draft of national government since breaking (declaring) away from England. Some problems that this document (flaws) had was it had a strong state government and a weak central government. Congress could not regulate trade which resulted in economic chaos. The government did not have the power to tax. Only the states had the authority to tax. There was no independent Judiciary, ther was no offered no system of courts in the jurisdiction. It also had an inability to deal with internal and external threats, the US was allowed to declar war but not allowed to declare war but not allowed to commission an armed force.

The Articles of Confederation was written by John Dickinson, Benjamin Franklin, Silas Deane and the Connecticut delegation. The purpose of the document was to establish the functions of the national government (of the United States) after it declared independence from Great Britten. Some flaws it faced were that Congress couldn't regulate trade or interstate commerce, one vote per state in congress regardless of size, no power of taxation which means they could only borrow money, 9/13 majority required to pass laws in congress, and required unanimous consent by all 13 states to amend the Articles of Confederation.

The Articles of Confederation was written by John Dickinson of the Second Continental Congress. It was created to form a structure of government for the new country, America. There were several flaws with the government that was created, though. Each State had its own authority, leaving the central government weak. There was no executive branch to enforce the laws; no national court system to interpret laws. The weak central government had lead to little to no power over the states. America was lacking strength in economics and weren't able
to pay off their debts. And, since each state had its own authority, each state had is own form of currency, so the lack of a system of currency was a flaw too.

Was writter by John Dickson and Thomas Jefferson. The document essentially established a set of rules for the americas; it served as an early constitution.

The author of the "Articles of Confederation" was John Dickinson and Penn Statesman. The reason that this was made was because people had the fear of having too much power in one person's hands reflects the experience, the colonies had under a monarch like limited government. The government that was created from the document made problems like no executive branch, central government could not collect taxes,no federal judiciary to settle interest dispute, 1state-1vote, and animals consent to states to pass amendments.
