Senegal is a relatively hieratchialy society, meaning people abide by whatever they are told, everyone has a place and follows orders without any justification. Senegal posses a lot of loyalty, and this overrides a majority of other social regulations. as for masculinity, their dominant values in society are caring for others. they are considered to be femanine due to the fact that they value the quality of life and caring for others, qualities such as dominance and standing out from the crowd is not seen as admirable. Senegal is seemingly balanced when it comes to uncertainty avoidance, they do not lean towards playing it safe nor do they risk take. People of Senegal look very short ahead to the future trying to establish quick goals in order to advance the quickest way possible, sticking to routines. the level of indulgence in this country is undefined, as there is no percentage.

There is a high uncertainty avoidance in Ukraine compared to New Zealand giving a business owners the opportunity to utilize risky tactics to take over the business market. If you choose to not take a risky route this would also be smart as business partners would feel more comfortable this way.
