Cover the bowl tightly at room temperature until it is foamy and quite fragrant for fermentation, usually 2-3 days.<br>3. Pour off the water from the top and mix the batter until it’s smooth.<br>4. bake it on a traditional porcelain oven.</div>]]></description>
