2. What do they do? Volunteers go to the community kitchen and serve out "Paska Bread" to the children and refugees.

One example of an organization that supports immigrants is the International Rescue Committee (IRC). The IRC is a global humanitarian organization that provides assistance to refugees, asylum seekers, and other displaced persons. They provide services such as emergency relief, education, healthcare, and resettlement assistance to refugees in over 40 countries around the world.
