Once upon a time, there was a very happy country. People of this country were so happy that the country was known as HAPPYLAND. The Queen and the King were very kind- hearted and were ruling the country in peace. They had a daughter. She was 7 years old. She was also very good behaved princess. Her mother and her father loved their daughter very much. She was the Princess of all the country. 
One day, while  Princess Charlotte was playing in the garden of the castle, she  lost her baby doll and started looking for it. She , without being aware, went far away from the castle.

Normally, she would have never done such a thing but her baby doll was her favourite toy so she wanted to find it quickly. She told nothing to her nannies. When her nannies recognized that she was not in the garden, they were very worried. They looked everywhere to find her but they couldn’ t.  The princess was nowhere.
 Meanwhile, the King and the Queen were in town to listen to the problems of the people. When they returned to the castle they learnt that the Princess was lost. They were shocked.  The guardians, soldiers and the other servants of the castle went outside to find Princess Charlotte.

Princess Charlotte kept running until she arrived in the forest. She was right. Her baby doll was standing in front of her. Cookie, the naugthy dog of the castle, carried it all the way long. She was very angry with Cookie. But she would think about it later. First she needed to hug her baby doll. She was so worried that she wouldn’t see it again. She held it and hugged it as tightly as possible. Everything was alright now. She felt safe and happy again. 

She must go back to the castle. At that moment she realized how far she came. It was also getting dark. She heard wolves howling in the distance. She was terrified and didn’t remember the way back to the castle any more. She started to cry and called her mum.

It was getting dark and cold now. She was very hungry and started to feel cold. She was sure that her dog knew the way to the castle. She called her dog but Cookie didn’t respond her voice. She looked around but couldn’t see her dog anywhere. If she had found it, they could have reached the castle. She felt herself so lonely and helpless. She thought about her parents. The king and the queen must have been so worried about her. If she had been at home now, she would have been sleeping in her warm bed. With these thoughts in her mind, she started walking though the dark forest. Because the season was spring, the forest was very cold at night. As the trees were just beginning to turn green, each took a different shape and looked terrible in the dark. The sounds of owls and predators scared Princess Charlotte very much. She hugged her baby, thought she had to be brave, and continued walking. She saw light ahead. She started running towards the light, then something caught on her foot and fell to the ground.

   Princess Charlotte hit her head against a stone as she fell and unfortunately fainted there. She remained there for a long time, motionless. In the morning, the princess' eyes opened slightly and she began to recover. She tried to understand  where she was and what was happening. She started to see clearly.  She finally realized that it was her dog  Cookie. Cookie wanted to apologize to her, as if he was blaming himself for what happened to the princess. When the princess passed out, Cookie found her and waited by her until morning.          Meanwhile, the king and queen were looking for their daughters with a large team.

On the other hand, the whole country was mobilized as the king and queen searched for the princess because the princess was lost when her parents were not in the palace to listen to the problems of her people, and so the people of this beautiful country were sad and worried as if their children were lost.

The princess thought she'd find her way by following the yellow nightingale’s voice. She started following the yellow nightingale. Cookie was going after the princess. Suddenly, the princess fell into a pit covered with leaves. Cookie started barking in pain. The princess cried with fear she said that ‘’Cookie help me.’’ Cookie was running around to help the princess and barking so the Princess wouldn't be scared. The princess's knee was bleeding. After a while, Cookie put a long tree branch in her mouth to help her. When the princess saw the tree branch in Cookie's mouth, she smiled gratefully that she wasn't alone and that she was someone who was trying to save her.

At that time, an elderly couple was walking through the forest. They were walking to their cottage which was in the forest. Their house was far away from the town. They preferred living alone in the forest.  While walking they heard the dog, Cookie, barking. When they went towards the voice they saw Cookie. Cookie was the happiest dog in the world because there was someone to help Princess Charlotte.  When the couple saw the princess in pain they immediately helped her. A warm hug. A few good words. It was what Charlotte needed. They took Charlotte and Cookie to their cottage. It was warm inside. The old lady had already made cake in the morning.  Some cakes, hot milk and homemade pretzels. And of course some food for Cookie, too. Charlotte remembered that she was living in a country full of good people.

Charlotte loved the lifestyle of this old couple. The old couple; they had horses, chickens, lambs and many other animals.
Charlotte had never known about this natural life before and wanted to stay here as she got to know this life. The old couple didn't initially ask Charlotte where she came from to have a rest. In the evening Charlotte hugged her baby doll tightly and lay down on the sofa. She thought of the tales her mother told her every night. Seeing that the little girl was upset, Emma, the old lady,  went to her and told her a fairytale. While Charlotte was listening to the old lady , she felt asleep.Her baby doll fell down from her hands.  Emma took the doll and recognized the  figure embroidered with the symbol of the royal family on the doll.Suspecting this, Emma showed her husband Paul the shape. First they were afraid, and they worried if this little girl was a princess. Then they were frightened because people could have  thought that  they had kidnapped her. The next day they set out to prepare Charlotte and take her to the palace. When they came to town, they saw that the palace guards were everywhere looking for the princess, and everyone was trying to find the little Princess. Now, they were sure that this little girl was the princess. Cookie was with them, too.  Emma and Paul, the old couple, explained the situation to the guards and went to the palace with Charlotte. When his mother and father saw their only daughter in front of them, they hugged and kissed her in tears. Charlotte was also very happy, having reached her home, her family, her castle. The people of Happyland was very happy once again after two days of agony. After that they celebrated Charlotte’s return with the big gathering. All residents of Happyland – old and young , poor and wealthy attended the feast. Charlotte’s 
friends also were at the party. Everyone was amazed. The king  was so glad that he abundantly issued his property.  When the gathering was over, Charlotte entered her room. She was too tired after all. So she got ready for bed when her mother came in and told her: I love you my dear, now it's time to sleep, goodnight! You are our happiness. Nothing is important but you.’’
  Charlotte has grown up beautiful and kind. She loved nature very much. Every 
morning she would go to the lake to see the sunrise. She loved being there because it was a very quiet and beautiful environment. One day she was sitting on the edge of the lake thinking how marvelous life could be if there would be no one in need. Her great wish was to make people as happy as she was

When she was about to leave, she heard the sound of trees shaking. Suddenly the trees started to fall down and the girl heard somebody screaming and asking for help. Although the frightened princess was running away from this magic wood,  she looked around to find where the sound was coming from. And there it was! The little elf lying under the huge tree, almost dead. She forgot all about her life and with all her might she saved him.  

At first poor creature was unconscious but when it came round and saw Charlotte who saved his life,  elf thanked her with giving her special power of controlling nature : trees, birds, animals and even oceans.

Realizing it, Charlotte decided  to save a friend who had been caught by the evil crow.

Irithel was a dear friend to her. She was her only friend in the palace who was the same age as her and played with. She had to find out where the bad crow lived and save her.


 Just then, the Elf that gave her a special power in the forest came to her mind. However, there was a problem. Charlotte did not know how to use her special power. For this, she wanted to go to the old couple that she met in the forest and helped her, and she set out. the old couple were delighted to see Charlotte. Charlotte told about her events. The old couple then decided to help Charlotte

Having the power of controlling Nature is an important point because there can be also disadvantages besides good sides. Charlotte should be so careful not to give any harm to the natural system. So the old couple had taught how to use her power for some weeks and in the end Charlotte was so ready and brave to give the end of the bad crow. She believed that the Nature would take a deep breath after her struggle with that crow.. She climbed up to the mountain where the crow had been living for years. The first bravery thing that she must do was a direct glance through the crow"s eyes. After, she had to stop the flapping of its wings by using the magical fever in her look.. that was the last and important thing that could stop the craw and she did it! By the help of hero Charlotte the Nature got rid of this damn and the system has continued its existance with all the colors in itself...

It was a fantastic fairytale said Özge to her mother while her mother was putting the book on the table. "I am happy that you like the book" answered Özge' s mother. She reads Özge a fairytale every night. Özge listens to her mother and dreams herself as one of the characters of the book. This time she dreams hersel as Charlotte, the princess. 
"What do you think about the moral of this fairytale?" asked Özge' s mom. 
"Oh,  I think, the good always win" said Özge with joy. 
"Yes dear. It is time to sleep now. Let me kiss you. Good night and sweet dream" ..
