Prior to this, Ryan enjoyed a brief but eventful career as a lawyer in private practice, which led him from the courtroom to the boardroom.   
 
Ryan is also a firm believer that one’s work should not define oneself, and we should always give back in our own ways, whatever they may be. Outside of work, he is actively involved in youth and civil society engagement and has been a part of the Moulmein-Cairnhill Youth Network since 2017, leading its public engagement efforts. Ryan’s other passions lies in mental health and sustainability, and how each of us can play an important role in these important topics.

I initially thought kimberly’s career was related to creativity. she seems to have done many internships and have worked with alot of people, which also falls under management.

ryan’s career is the same as how i initially thought as, management and technical. he have used various skills he learned and applied it in his career as a lawyer and have also dealt with many law cases and managed them with the knowledge he has.

2. I found ryan’s sharing interesting in terms of how he has always been learning and building on his skills which were all generally related to law and have worked and explored the various types of laws such as maritime law, criminal law and more.

My first impression of Kimberly was somewhat accurate while my first impression of Ryan was different. In my opinion, Kimberly's career requires a lot of creativity to come up with new designs and ideas, while Ryan focused more on implementing and enforcing existing ideas. But I was also surprised by Ryan's baboon case, whereby there are some cases which do in fact require creativity to solve new problems and cases

2. I am interested in how Kimberly is able to cater to the different needs and interests of the many different clients and companies she worked with. More specifically, how she was able to use her own skillset to fit the many and wide variety of people. Whereas I think Kimberly also requires a lot of management skills since most jobs in her career requires her to work with a lot of different clients, however, my point still stands that her career falls under all three categories.

I think that Kimberly has an interesting career, as she does not force herself to focus on one career. For Ryan, he’s more creative as uses creative ways to try and find solutions to law cases, I learnt that flexibility is important. 

2. Kimberly is willing to explore what kind of other opportunities and where to use her skills to showcase her strengths and make full use her knowledge she acquired from mass communications, but at the same time find a calling/ mission she wants to attain in life.
