Employees feedback may be able to influence ways to make the change work better. </div><div><br><br></div><div>-Project performance metrics. This process is necessary so that the business can understand how the business performance is affected by the change and how the change is tacking against the set goals. </div><div><br><br></div><div>-Change management activity effectiveness. This is an important process too as it enables you to track the change, see how the change is being managed and see how the change is being communicated.</div>]]></description>
