What is Kahoot?
Kahoot! is a game-based learning platform, used as an educational technology in schools and other educational institutions. This is a learning game, "Kahoots", is a multiple choice quiz created by users that can be accessed through the web browser or Kahoot application. Kahoot has 4 features: game, quiz, discussion and survey. For games, we can create the type of question, and determine the most appropriate answer and the time used to answer the question. Uniquely, the answers will be represented by images and colors. Participants are asked to choose a color / picture that represents the answer.

Why must be Kahoot?
This application is very easily accessed by both teachers and students, besides this application can attract children's learning interests. This application also helps teachers in learning English especially to see students' abilities and understanding of the material. Kahoot can be used as the pre-test before entering into new material, exercises, post-tests, reinforcement material, remedial, enrichment, and others, which is certain as a variation in delivering material so that students remain focused and interested in learning.

Advantages of Kahoot
1. Class will be more fun
2. Children are trained to use technology as a medium for learning
3.  The children are trained in their motor skills in the KAHOOT operator

1. Why did we choose this media for learning process?
This media is really useful for creating learning processes or learning activities, especially for learning in COVID situation like this. Why was that? It is because this media has upload and download assignment feature. Furthermore, this application can facilitate students by serving many feautures, because there is everything needed in learning activity in there, such as sending or receiving assignments, presenting videos, sharing links, giving attandance lists, and types of exercises that are so various and specific for testing students' comprehending in learning topics.

2. What are the advantages of this Media?
The advantage of this application is its aspects. There are various and complete features which are needed for classroom learning actovity and learning distancing. There are 3 main features, if you signed it up as a teacher, they are Courses, Groups, and Resources. In the Courses, where you will create classes, you will find some very complete exercises. They are adding assignments (uploading Microsoft Office), adding tests/quizzes, adding assessments, adding files/links/external tools, adding discussions, adding pages, adding media albums (photo or video), and adding packages. In Groups, it is a special place to invite your students to discuss learning topics, in here you cannot upload assignments for students. In resourses, you can share various sources as learning material. How about parents? Yes, this media also has parents feature. It means, there is a certain place for parents for controlling and looking their children's scores that were done by teacher there.

3. Any Information needed for Teaching English?
In this media, there are additional items such as attendance lists, gradebooks, quizzes, and badges. In the attandance list, you can find out and mark your own students whether they are presented, late, or not participating in learning activities at all. In the gradebook, you can rank your students automatically based on their grades, such as 1st place student, 2nd place student, and so on. Next in the quiz, there are 10 different types of quizzes that we can edit them as we wanted. These quizzes are True / False, Multiple choice, Order, short-answer, fill in the blank, matching, from question blanks, import test, page break, and text. For the last one in badges, you can give students a compliment and motivation by categorizing them on certain reward logos such as leadership, good listener, etc.

4. Recommendation warning

According to the company, the product’s approach is less about ‘classroom management’ and more about ‘classroom culture’, in other words, encouraging the positive instead of discouraging the negative. classdojo can be downloaded in appstore or playstore, and also you can access on website. there are 4 options to log in classdojo. login as a teacher, student, parent, and school leader. as a teacher you can create your own class and insert your students to make the learning interactions. the teacher can check the attendance, start discussions, making group, and giving the task to the students. the teacher also can invite the parents to see the learning development of their children.

Disadvantages
The minus from this classdojo is that this e learning app does not really have an interactive system and have an impact of students pschology . first, Eventhough the teachers can give the assignment for class discussion, still it's not as interactive as an ordinary class or online with videocalls class where face to face interaction are completely fill up. That is becasue in class dojo there is only one chat room for students dicussn the materials teachers give. Or the other words this classdojo is only present one way learning (either teacher first or students first). --> There are many advantages that we found in this app, including :

_*1. What?*_ At the first glance, this app might be sound familiar for many student and quiet similar to social media because it is  frequently used website to send a secret messages without knowing the name or the identity of the sender. But apperently, we think this app can be used as the medium of the teaching-learning process to share the idea/question/opinion anonymously because the users will not know about the identity of the sender of the message.

_*2. How?*_ To use this app, everyone can directly visit https://secreto.site or click this link. After that, the owner of the link can spread his/him link to the other. For example, the teacher asks the students to describe one of their classmate. So, when student describes in the _secreto,_ other students can see the description on comment column and they can reply it but they do not know who writes it.

_*3. Advantage/Disadvantage?*_ In our opinion, even though this app more commonly known as media social, this app has it own advantage for teaching-learning process. It can shows/provides responses anonymously so it helps student who are afraid to speak in the class to share their opinion. But through this app, they can be free to argue because no one know whose the opinion that is. Meanwhile the disadvantage, this link is only available for 24 hout and can't be days. So, when teacher share the link to the students, these students must argue right away

*4. The use for English Teaching (Example)* 
To use this website as the medium of descriptive text material, the teacher can asks all students to make a simple description of their classmate and let the other to guess. The senders and the repliers are not known so the student can be free to share their opinion anonymously, no fear and afraid. 1. What is Google Classroom?
Google Classroom is a free web service, developed by Google for schools, which aims to simplify the creation, distribution, and assessment of tasks in a paperless manner. The main purpose of Google Classroom is to streamline the process of sharing files between teachers and students.

2. What are the features found in Google Classroom?
A. Forum: The forum here can be used by the teacher to convey something to students and here the teacher & students can communicate with each other about the subject matter in question. Through this forum, students can also communicate with each other students.
B. Class assignments: Here is a place for teachers to provide material, assignments, quizzes & questions for students. The teacher can send files here and students can immediately find out what they need to learn/do.
C. Members: In the member column there are names of teachers and students. The teacher can add the other teachers and students to the class.
D. Value: This value feature has been integrated with the given tasks. If there are students who submit assignments, the teacher will be able to immediately correct and give grades.
E. Google meet: Teachers and students can learn by video conference. The teacher can create a new meeting and then send a link to Google classroom. But if the teacher uses the agency email, the Google Meet feature will immediately be on the side of the subject's writing.
F. Join and create class features: In the upper right corner, there is a + sign which the teacher can use to create a new class & for students to enter the class by typing in the code given by the teacher.
G. Tasklist: Here, the teacher can see assignments that have or have not been collected. Here also the teacher can see which tasks must be corrected & those that have been corrected.
H. Class features: Teachers or students can see what classes they are taking or teaching

3. Why do we choose Google Classroom as the media?
We choose Google Classroom as a digital media for teaching and learning during this pandemic because Google Classroom is one of the most effective and efficient applications for use by teachers and students. Google Classroom can be accessed free of charge so that users do not need to incur additional costs and the features presented by Google Classroom are very easy to understand and apply by users, such as making assignments, sending announcements, and starting class discussions directly and others like it.

4. What are the advantages and the disadvantages of Google Classroom?

5. How to operate Google Classroom?
To deliver material can use the class assignment feature and click the 'material' option, here the teacher is given the freedom to upload material in the form of ppt, videos, documents, pdf, or others.

The material that has been given is neatly stored automatically in the google drive class, students can also access the google drive.

For virtual classes, you can use the Google Meet feature that is integrated with Google Classroom.  To be automatically connected, the teacher must use an agency account.  But if you don't use an agency account, the teacher can create a new meeting, and then the google meet code can be directly distributed to google classroom.

To check student attendance, the teacher can use the class assignment feature then click on the choice of questions, there the teacher can provide answer choices.  Because they want to be used for absent data, the teacher can make a 'present' choice so that students who are present can directly click the choices provided.

After completing attendance, the teacher can see the absences in the grades feature, then click on the attendance section and there can be seen anyone who has filled out the 'present' option in the class.

If the teacher wants to give assignments to their students, the teacher can choose to give assignments through quiz assignments that have been integrated with Google Form or regular assignments which teachers freely give assignments in the form of documents or others.
