         <description><![CDATA[<div>Environmental factors, such as family or social structures could perpetuate triggers for the young person.<br><br>Self-serving bias - the CYP wanting to boost self-esteem by exaggerating positive outcomes. Client bias (participant bias in research) the CYP wanting to provide the practitioner with the perceived desired outcomes.<br><br>Motivation - is easier to maintain through regular sessions than if there has been a gap, if sessions are irregular or when they end.</div>]]></description>
