1. I play badmintion near the park once a week
2. I'm keen on doing exercise in a class because I can talk to my friend in that time
I prefer doing exercise in a class to playing alone because Playing sports with friends is much fun than....
3. - improve our health ( mental health & physical health)
- keep us away from disease
- bring confidence and discipline in our life

In my opinion/ in my belief, the best type/ kind of exercise is yoga/ doing yoga is the best.... because it not only improves my mental health but also enhances my physical health.

I think learning E in a Vnese center is much better than learning E in a foreign center because of these following reasons. Firstly, the price of English course in a Vnese center is cheaper than that one of foreign center. Secondly, You can learn with Vnese teachers who not only have a lot of experience in teaching but also inspire students to learn.

I think learning E in a foreign E center is much better than learning E in a Vietnamese center because of these following/ 3 main reasons. Firstly, you can improve your English pronunciation when directly studying with native speakers. Secondly, You can gain your confidence / become more confident while communicating with foreign teachers. Lastly, You will have the chance/ opportunity to learn more about culture of that English speaking country, which helps you absorb the language better.
