It improved my sense of belonging since I felt like I was in the correct place. I felt that I was in a whole me place where I was free. It was as if there were no expectation placed on me. And all of that was caused by dance and drama. This opportunity also gave me the chance to meet new people. I also learned ample amounts of coping strats.
