I would like to take this opportunity to say a thousand thanks for all the guidance, guidance, and dedication that Dr. Nurfatihah gave me as long as I was under the care of Dr. Nurfatihah.

As a student who has studied the subject of Human Resource Development (HRD), I found that this subject is very important and relevant in today's world of work. HRD not only gave me a deep understanding of human management in organizations, but also of how to develop individual potential to achieve personal and organizational goals.

Through this lesson, I have learned various concepts and theories related to training and development, performance management, career planning, and organizational development strategies. It also taught me the importance of effective communication, leadership, and a positive work culture in developing a productive and competitive workforce.
