Spiritually: Things that help me spiritually in dark days are listening to sermons, reading scripture and doing devotions which includes scripture application and understanding, prayer /meditation and worship music.
Emotional: During dark times it helps for me to talk about my issues with trusted individuals like a counselor, pastor or a close friend that I know I can trust. But I am currently looking for a consistent counselor I can see on the regular.
Physical: Physically my main go to is the basketball court. Growing up it was a place I could always go to, to clear my head and drift away from my problems momentarily.
Social: Socially In these moments I love to surround myself with close friends and family. The feeling of community is like therapy to me.
Intellectual: I love finding a good book to read like books or references from Dr. RA Vernon of Akron Ohio

Spiritual~ I listen to worship music, I also started journaling, my journal is pretty much a prayer to God whatever is on my heart. It's easier for me to write than speak a prayer
Emotional~ I meet with my therapist every other week currently. However, if I am having a really rough time she will add me to her cancellation list and I can usually get an appointment within a day or so if I really need to meet with her.
Socially~ A couple of friends through my church I can reach out to and even if we text it helps me to get it off my chest.
Physically~ I try to go to the gym a couple of times a week. When I make it I plan on at least 20 minutes and end up staying closer to an hour to work out.
Intellectual~ I basically focus on my homework. I don't really have much time for anything else at this point

Spiritually: I have found what listening to soft worship music or hymns, as well as spending time in prayer and meditation. helps me a lot.

Emotionally: Thankfully I started seeing a therapist to help me work through emotional issues. I spent 28 years working through things in my head and relying on other means that were unhealthy.

Physically: My outlet for this area is going to the gym. Thankfully I started doing workout classes, and being surrounded by people that push and encourage me to do better has helped out tremendously.

Socially: I attend a support group twice a month with other men. This group has helped me connect on a social level with other guys that have struggled with a lot of the same things that I have.

Intellectually: I listen to a lot of therapy podcasts, and audio books that keep my intellect sharp.
