I feel that some teens or kids feel that they're not really included in their friend groups. Like they're always just third-wheeling with their supposed friends. I also can just feel this because at dance, my friends I feel that I'm not really with engaged with them nowadays.

there are lots of kids and teens that struggle with fitting in and feel like they belong because of different or often issues that make them have trouble with feeling like the belong. because of this, kids and teens feel left out or alone leaving them no one to talk to.

Some people I know don't share what they're going through when someone passes, so others don't know how to help them, and I see this a lot in my cousins who don't share and bottle it up.

I see how there are 2 types of stereotypes with the Socs and Greasers. They both have to act a certain way, and I think that relates to how teens today try to fit in with a certain group or act like a type of person they aren't, and they just want to fit in.

Some teens struggle with trying to change themselves for the better, like trying to get other people to call them by a certain name or certain pronouns that they feel more comfortable with. I've seen that some adults just outright disregard their children's wishes, which makes their children more uncomfortable. They don't feel like they're in their correct environment and will try to escape that environment right as they turn into adults.

I think that some teens struggle with changes such as moving, making new friends, and parents divorcing. I personally find that moving is extremely difficult, I also think that going to new schools and making new friends can seem scary.

I've experienced multiple griefs, and it is hard because you're brain just freezes, and you just want to sit down and cry. Also, we just keep in that grief and try to get over it, so that you don't seem like a loser who cries. I know how Ponyboy, Darry, Two-bit, Sodapop, and Steve felt.

Lots of teens and kids try to change because they don't like how they look, and some of them try to change to fit in, and some people try to change the way they look because of bullying.

One big issue teens face today is feeling like they don’t belong. Sometimes they get left out at school, feel pressure to fit in, or get judged for being different. Just like the Greasers in The Outsiders, teens today want to be accepted for who they are. If someone doesn’t dress a certain way or hang out with the “right” people, others might not include them. That can make people feel really alone, even when they’re around others.

lots of teens face issues with other teens, and other people might think differently. This can be an issue because they could override what someone else does, and that would get the other person mad. This could lead to escalation, and violence. This is bad, as fighting can either change or make things worse, and no one wins in the end, both suffer. They say its their only option, who knows, maybe civil talking might help.

Teens may struggle with racism. They may get bullied for the color of their skin. Even though they are different colors, that doesn't mean they have to stay apart. They can be friends. They just need to notice that. Both white and black people are beautiful.

In the present day, people don't know how to be social with each other; people just like to sit alone and have one to talk to, so they have their thoughts and only their thoughts instead of just letting them selfs It is hard to talk to people who have huge groups of friends and like to hang out together. Most people have phones, and they just watch media, which limits their interaction with the outside world and makes them lonely. When their parents ask them how their day went, they would say good instead of it was cool I hung out with Bob and Todd, we had a blast.

Today, many teens struggle with fitting in. From not knowing the latest trend to dealing with rumors, many kids are left out. Many kids don't have a place where they can fit in and just be themselves. In fact, many of the kids who have friends are putting up an act. This act is what their friends truly know them for, not their real true selves. Many kids feel like they don't have a place in the world where people want them. In The Outsiders, Cherry admits that she changes herself in front of her friends, and they talk nonstop for no reason to stay popular and "Happy".
