Started with an ice breaking with board of directors and nurse of Pusat Perubatan Qalam Laduni at 8am.
There are 13 practical people at there. After that, they separate of the shift and task to ours which are care in ward of the patient and in front desk as customer service.
I had got an evening shift which from 4pm until 12am and sitting in front desk. One shift have 3 person incharge. So, i’m partner with Suhaida and Hasmah at there.
The first task, I have been learned how to handle the customer booking appointment from calling ( the formal and ethics communication) and walk in from Miss Fatihah.
After that, keep in database customer into the PPQL system like the treatment that customer need and the make the invoice.
I’m also learned about how to check blood pressure of customers. It’s need 3 times to check it from nurse.
After the learning session, we start to assist the customer at counter to meet the specialist and take note the specialist speak for the customer treatment.

Today is my morning shift started 8am until 4pm at the ward.
Firstly, punchcard before start work. After that, nurse teach how to record the data of patient at computer like time massage, physiotherapist, time to eat and check daily health (vital sign)
The patient will be sorted firstly and then taken to the place of physiotherapy. I accompany the patient which is Tukcah walks in Terapi alami.
I and my friend learn and use the blood sugar test, SPO2 and looking nurse change the ryles tube to 3 patient at there.
In the afternoon, I’m feed food to patient who can not afford to eat themselves which is Makcik Zaharah. She will eat rice with soy sauce always. 😬
In 3pm, we check daily vital sign like blood pressure, oxygen (SPO2) and temperature to all patient.
I’m and Asma keep in data patient at the data system.
