SERVICE

• The Pilot follows a strict piloting process. (See below.)

• The Pilot will not use items, change characters, builds, and more without permission.

• A request that takes more than a single login to finish is considered a long term request.

• Client is to give clear instructions on how to handle their request and their account.

• After request completion, the Client must provide a vouch on the Pilot's vouch server.

GENERAL

• The Pilot has the right to refuse any request.

• The Pilot has the right to update and change these terms as needed.

  • The Pilot will update any current Clients if there are any changes to the terms.

• Rude or rushing behavior will not be tolerated.

• Pilot is not liable for any indirect damages and losses during or after request completion.

• Basic request progress receipts are posted on Vouch Server.

  • No private information will be shared.

• All Clients are KSF checked.

  • Scammers are refused service.

  • TWC, Unprofessional, and new accounts are accepted but must pay full amount before request start.

• Client understands that by using any Piloting services, they may be violating the game's EULA, TOS, or T&C.

• Breaking of these terms will result in Client being blacklisted from Pilot's services, as well as being KSF reported.
