- The last few years of my career, I worked with many government civilians, other Services, and the aerospace industry.  Nobody worked directly for me, so I could not make anyone do something.

- My military experience has instilled in my mind that the organization is more important to myself. I value team/organizational success more than personal success. - I have spoken to many Veterans audiences (Veterans Day, Memorial Day), and have done well at using stories to connect with the audience and to make a point.
