         <description><![CDATA[<div>Bob is male and is married, 65yo and suffers chronic fatigue syndrome<br>Bob enjoys bird watching and attending the afl where he supports the Richmond football team<br><br>Bob loves his independence and really wants to not feel like he is a burden on his family.&nbsp;Bob is a very proud man and finds it hard to ask his family for help. Bob wants to look at ways to exercise to remain in good health<br><br>We can support Bob by looking into specialist services eg OT PT.  We could look at builders and potentiul ways of making alterations to the household for ease of access. Support bob and his family with encouraging him to use available equipment and aids.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><br></strong><br></div><div>Since Bob’s plan was introduced he has continued to tire. Bob’s doctor has now diagnosed him with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and associated depressive symptoms. Over the past few weeks Bob has found it increasingly difficult to pick things up from the floor due to back and hip pain. Bob finds it embarrassing to ask for help but he needs to make some changes to preserve energy and maintain a quality of life that allows him to continue to do the things he enjoys. Bob’s doctor has recommended he begin to use an assistive walker and a pick up / reacher / grabbing tool.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
