His PDSA board was very clear and visible to students and up to date.
He placed his sight words as ornaments on his Christmas tree near one of the centers.  It was a joy to see such optimism in teaching!

PDSA was very visible to everyone and you could tell it was referred to frequently.
Teachers were moving around the room assisting students when needed.  They would raise their hands if they needed help.
