SUMMARY: The article was about a study conducted on power plant pollution and it's impacts. During the study, they noticed that low income black Americans are in danger of the highest risks, as most live within distance from the plants. These gases have caused multiple deaths and health implications to those of racial injustice, but they aren't limited to others, even within distance. This is due to cross state pollution, but the standards are to unrealistic to ensure safe air.
