TITLE: Study: Black, low-income Americans face highest risk from power plant pollution

SUMMARY: The article was about a study conducted on power plant pollution and it's impacts. During the study, they noticed that low income black Americans are in danger of the highest risks, as most live within distance from the plants. These gases have caused multiple deaths and health implications to those of racial injustice, but they aren't limited to others, even within distance. This is due to cross state pollution, but the standards are to unrealistic to ensure safe air.

Black, low income Americans are being the most impacted by this because they live the closes to the cites that are polluting. Goes on to talk about the standard for cross state pollution levels and how most of the states meet the standard bur deaths are still happening because the standard to still too high.

The title of this article is 'Who Gets to Breathe Clean Air in New Delhi?' A comparison is made between Aamya, who lives in an upper-middle class neighborhood and Monu, who lives in a small hut in a low class area. Monu spends most of his day surrounded by great amounts of toxic pollution. Meanwhile, Aamya is able to be around air purifiers indoors and attends a private school who makes sure to have clean air. However, both kids experience the negative impacts of New Delhi's toxic air and are breathing more pollution than any other children in the world.
