Atoms are composed of electrons, protons, and neutrons. Electrons are negatively charged, low mass tiny particles that orbit the nucleus of the atom. The nuclues, located at the center of the atom, is composed of protons, which are relatively massive particles with a positive charge of the same magnitude as the electron, and the neutron, which has no charge and a relatively large mass. The nucleus is held together through the strong nucluer force, which exists between the particles that compose neutrons and protons. The electrons are held in orbit by electromagnetivity. The farther an electron gets from the center, the less it is attracted to the nucleus.

Atoms are very small divisible particles that make up matter. They are divided into protons neutrons and electrons. A nucleus in the atom is 90% of the entire atom and is made up of the protons and neutrons. The electrons are negatively charged and are on the outside of the nucleus while the protons are positively changed with neutral neutrons.
