         <description><![CDATA[<div>Reattivo di Tollens<br><br>In provetta preparare il reattivo di Tollens mescolando 1 ml di AgNO3 1M con 1 ml di NaOH 1M&nbsp; aggiungere quindi NH4OH diluita fino alla scomparsa del precipitato di Ag<sub>2</sub>O formatosi;<br><br>aggiungere quindi 0.5 ml del campione;<br><br>per le aldeidi solubili in acqua si ha la formazione di uno specchio d’argento metallico a freddo, per le aldeidi insolubili si ottiene invece un precipitato nero con formazione dello specchio dopo riscaldamento</div>]]></description>
