March 20, 2025 (Thursday): Contact cleaning company and event venue for 300 guests, prepare proposal and quotation.

March 21, 2025 (Friday): Follow up with PR agency, find influencers, book bus rental, locate halal restaurant, update bus info in quotation, and source lanyards.

March 25, 2025 (Tuesday): Contact WiFi provider for office relocation and source a Chinese scroll with pricing for the client.

March 26, 2025 (Wednesday): Finding a supplier that can supply Signing Plaque with Stand, packing the office for the moving process to the new office.

March 27, 2025 (Thursday): Finding an event company that can suggest 5km route and 10km route for fun run for client, finding a company that do team building activities for company family day for client, finding other Malaysian restaurant in Kuala Lumpur as options for client, and packing the office for the moving process to the new office.

March 28, 2025 (Friday): Final pack up and setup for moving process to the new office.

April2, 2025 (Wednesday): office Holiday (Hari Raya Aidilfitri)

April 3, 2025 (Thursday): Replacement Holiday for an event on Saturday.

April 4, 2025 (Friday): Initiated the preparation of a comprehensive event proposal for the Terry Fox Run, outlining key logistics and requirements. Began researching and shortlisting reliable printing service providers located in Chiang Mai, Thailand, suitable for large-scale event materials. Reached out to a generator set (genset) supplier to inquire about rental options and specifications required for the upcoming event. Started sourcing professional event management companies based in Chiang Mai to support planning and on-ground execution. Searched for walkie-talkie rental or supply companies to support event communication logistics for the Terry Fox Run. Identified potential t-shirt suppliers for the event merchandise, considering quality, customization options, and pricing. Conducted a market comparison to gather and analyze prices for whiteboards with stands and whiteboard stands only, for office use.

April 8, 2025 (Tuesday): Participated in a virtual briefing session for BNM. Carried out an assessment of possible doorgift choices to suggest to the client. Obtained and solicited a quote from a bus rental service in Chiang Mai. Investigated costs for a one-seat sofa for the client. Developed ideas for the event's theme, launch strategy, and araffle activtities. Filled out the Majesty Event Asset Form. Investigated catering options offered in the Kajang region.

April 9, 2025 (Wednesday): Inputted comprehensive details into the quote. Ongoing surveying and collecting estimates for doorgift products. generetaed concepts for foyer events.

April 10, 2025 (Thursday): Ongoing procurement and collection of quotes from vendors for giveaway products. Searched for appropriate food catering options. Collaborated with a cleaner to schedule weekly office cleaning.

April 11, 2025 (Friday): Ongoing search for more food catering alternatives and cheked in with current catering providers for updates. Consolidated all concepts and recommendations for the Toyo Tires initiative into one presentation slide. Input invoice information into the internal documentation system.

15 April, 2025 (Tuesday): Ongoing exploration of concepts for entertainment and raffle activities. Participated in the Smart Master Event Day (Annual Dinner).

16 April, 2025 (Wednesday): Continued to generate concepts for entertainment and prize draw events. Assisted in preparing the proposal.

17 April, 2025 (Thursday): Took part in the Darlie Event Day (Team Building).
