By living up to my vision as a leader, I want to set up my first two goals as followings:

    Therefore, to be successful in my role as a people leader, I have to develop my relationship in all levels of organization/ community.  What I need to gain my people support is through my leadership creditability, empathetic, and integrity,  that people can see me as trustworthy.

•    Listening:  Listening is a crucial leadership ability. To understand others, I need to listen attentively to their comments and concerns.

•Mindfulness: I am thankful to everyone in my organization/ community for giving me a chance as their leader. 

•Flexibility: Leaders with flexibility can manage any situation. Flexibility can help me a lot as a leader, especially in the business world. I can lead my team through every movement of the world.
     Through the action plans, I can understand my people. I can help build up a culture with shared values of the entire team.  I will help others to work on the process of connecting and sharing, rather than just socializing and networking. By implementing these skills, I can make a better workplace that promotes their contribution and nourish their passion and loyalty.

    As a leader, I have to be aware of these changing factors.  Frequently, I have to ask myself honestly if I am still with my people when encountering such rapid movement in life. How can I safeguard my value, principle, and the best interest of my people?  How can I lead my people to go through a period of uncertainty? 
 I've learned that when a leader effectively works on understanding himself and becoming more emotionally intelligent; he will be in a better position to encounter such unpleasant onsets (Dr. Saloni Singh)

    Through the practice of self-awareness in the process of decision making,  I can obtain a clear perception of my personality, behaviour, emotions, beliefs, strength, and limitation. I can make a better solution and decision for myself and my team.

    Since nothing is static in our social environment, self-awareness is one of the critical factors that empowers me as a leader to lead the team in a way that relates to them in the best way. I can position my team to adapt to any immediate challenge. I can make them more informed and prepared when encountering any difficulties.

     Furthermore, another task of a leader is to develop my team's talents.  I will help my people tap into their potentials that can help them succeed in their careers. This is great when they see their success; they will be inspired to help others, creating a ripple effect in the community.
