My overall goal for my senior summit is to be able to announce a sports game this year. For my senior summit i have chosen sports announcing. I plan on having someone to shadow for this project. I want to learn what it takes to become an announcer and how to be able to keep people interested in the game.

I'm doing my project on sports announcing because I love watching the games. It interests me because I want to be able to get people excited about the game they are watching.Its necessary because you can't just watch any sports game without any announcer because that would just make it boring. Announcers are one of the most important things when it comes to the game, because you would hostenly get bored and forget what you're doing if there wasn't any announcers.

I will benefit because I will have my dream job. I will also benefit because then  I will learn what it takes to become a sports announcer and then be able to go to college and be able to study it. My family will benefit as well because they will be able to one day hear me announce there favorites team playing. 

The only experience is having played the sport for so long that I understand it so much. This project is something beyond my learning because I have never really broadcasted anything. I have only ever played it and i don't know what it takes to even become an announcer.
