This a peer-reviewed journal that includes pieces on a variety of topics within education. Being a Pennsylvania based resource, it is relevant to the climate of education that we are used to. The public has access to every issue of the journal since 2010 by using this resource. Some of the manuscripts published in the most recent edition are Supporting Teacher Retention Through a Trauma-Informed Lens and Recruiting and Retaining a Post-Pandemic Workforce: A Radical Approach.
