         <description><![CDATA[<div>Edutopia is essentially an online community for educators, parents, and students. It is a place that houses countless resources supplied by educators themselves that relate to a variety of topics. You can also filter by topic, with <em>Administration and Leadership, Curriculum Planning, New Teachers, Professional Learning, </em>and<em> Teacher Collaboration </em>being some of the few topics listed. The resources can be additional articles, videos, and links to external websites. You can search and filter by grade; Pre-K, primary, upper elementary, middle school, and high school. The author of anything on Edutopia each have a profile that houses a short professional summary as well as all posts created by them.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Teach to Lead is a program that is supported by over 160 organizations to help educate and empower teachers to realize that they are the experts in both schools and instruction. On their website, you can find information on their conferences (both in person and virtual), access to  accredited resources to further professional reading on leadership, links to five nationwide leadership programs and tools for educators. Some of these tools include a leadership self assessment to assess leader readiness and the Teacher Leadership Skills Framework. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>New Teacher Center is a student centered organization that "works to disrupt the predictability of educational inequities for systemically underserved students by accelerating educator effectiveness." This includes, BIPOC students, students experiencing poverty, multilingual learners, students with learning differences, immigrant students. The NTC coaches are spread in both large and small districts working with over 250,000 teachers total. New Teacher Center works through coaching educators in all aspects of the field of teaching. The website itself provides real stories regarding their leadership development work, tools and resources for teacher leaders to reference, webinars on the topic of teacher leadership, case studies, professional readings, and more.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

From here, you can find updated  and current articles surrounding issues and development in education, and teacher leadership. You also have access to related webinars and tools surrounding leadership.          <description><![CDATA[<div>The Pennsylvania Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development publishes the Pennsylvania Educator Leadership Journal two times per year, each year. This a peer-reviewed journal that includes pieces on a variety of topics within education. Being a Pennsylvania based resource, it is relevant to the climate of education that we are used to. The public has access to every issue of the journal since 2010 by using this resource. Some of the manuscripts published in the most recent edition are <em>Supporting Teacher Retention Through a Trauma-Informed Lens </em>and<em> Recruiting and Retaining a Post-Pandemic Workforce: A Radical Approach. </em>This journal serves as a&nbsp;reliable, current resource when conducting research on teacher leadership.</div>]]></description>
