         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Relationship-first<br>Successful class management is based on good relationship. Not only do we require good relationship between teachers and their students, but it is also crucial to make sure that the students have healthy relationship in the class. It is because the main subject of the classroom is the students themselves. Without healthy relationship between the students, no matter how skillful the teacher is or no matter how organized the class system is, there must be a lot of obstacles to make classroom management work.<br><br>2. Ask the students to show what they expect from the teacher<br>Nowadays, role of the teacher has changed and the style of teaching and learning process has become student-centered. Therefore it is important for the teacher to be open-minded and receive the students' suggestions or even criticisms to build up the teacher as well as the process of learning. However, it is necessary that the teacher educate the students about how to express their opinions correctly.<br><br>3. Exchange perspectives<br>Not only teachers who need feedback, students also need some. Teacher is obliged to provide constructive feedbacks for their students. What's more, this technique can also be used during collaborative learning. The students can learn how to share their thoughts and enhance their skill in critical thinking and deductive reasoning. They can also give peer feedback to each other.&nbsp;<br><br>Conclusion:<br>At the end, classroom can be easily managed because every single student can think that their opinion matters and they feel accepted. When it happens, the will be internally motivated to follow the class. <br><br><br></div>]]></description>
