         <title>Her child is an extension of her. By not being allowed to physically take care of her child, the woman is forced to be without a part of herself, which helps to advance her mental illness. The baby could symbolize the woman herself, and since she cannot be with her child, she cant be &#39;fully&#39; herself.</title>
