It called (Spicy )Garlic Dried Tofu,you can have it in night market and if you can’t eat spicy food it’s ok,because it has choose for you whether you add spicy or not.
他的名稱是蒜香(辣)豆干，你可以在夜市買到它，如果你不敢吃辣，也沒關係，他可以選擇是否加辣。

It tastes succulent and rich. In my opinion,its sauce garnish the food so much .它吃起來很多汁而且味道十分濃郁我認為是它的醬汁加分很多。
