         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>STAGE 1</strong><br>1. Inform the passengers on technical difficulties and will take some time to troubleshoot. <br>2. Change boarding time, will delay for about 30 mins.<br>3. Report to FCC on the status of the aircraft and reschedule departure time.<br>4. Ground staff to provide snacks to passengers at boarding gate.<br>5. Check for passengers with connecting flight.<br><strong>If Legit Got Failure.</strong><br>1. Check for spare plane to subsitutde if engine is really faulty.<br>2. Inform airlines and station manger of the ABC station.<br>3. Unload and store the perishable goods into the cold storage for the time being.<br>4. Check for other alternative airline to the same destination for passengers.<br>5.. Contingency plan for accommodation and transportation if there is no spare plane. <br>6. Check for crew members FDP limits whether or not to replace crew. (Depending on flight too!)<br><br><br><strong>STAGE 2<br><br></strong>1. Update passenger the estimated time of departure is 2330 apologise for the inconvenience cause<br>2. Consider letting them exit the boarding gate and allow them to go lounge or roam around the transit area<br>3. Remove perishable from cargo hole<br>4. Ensure FDP is within limits. Ask crew are willing to extend if exceed. If not will change new set of crew.<br>5. Inform SM of destination airport<br>6. Check for airport curfew. If exceed curfew got to overnight delay. Need to provide accommodation and transportation. Give meal vouchers.<br><br><strong>STAGE 3:</strong><br>1. Get info from FCC eg. curfew <br>2. Tell passenger that the fault have been repaired and will be ready for boarding soon<br>3. Assign ground staff to assist boarding<br>4. Inflight catering swap new set of food<br>5. Load back the perishable<br>6. if using new set of crew, check if they are ready and are on the way<br>7. refile flight plan<br>8. refuel the plane <br><br><strong>If exceed curfew:</strong><br>1. provide accommodation and transportation. Give meal vouchers.<br>2. <br><br><strong>If passenger(s) decides not to fly..<br></strong>1. Convince him that it is safe<br>2. if he do not want to continue the flight remove passenger baggage(s)<br>3. Check with airline for refund terms and conditions. give half refund to protect reputation.<br>4. ask security escort him out</div><div><br><strong>STAGE 4<br></strong>&nbsp;1. If there are no alternative flights available,rebook their flight if they miss thier connecting flight and may give seat upgrade if available.<br><br>Perishables<br>Take them out of cargo hold and store in cargo hanger where there is facilities to store them<br><br><br>Flight Crew<br>-If flight duty period is exceeded ask crew if they can extend otherwise look for other crews on standby<br><br><mark>(Stage 2)<br>-FCC ask for the updated documents to take off at 2330h.<br>-Inform passengers about the updated situation of the flight.<br>-Do action as stated in stage 1 where delay is less than 4hs.<br>Perishables<br>-Prepare to load back into the aircraft<br>-Check with other airlines in the same airport whether they have spare parts that can be provided earlier.<br><br><br>Flight Crew<br>-If flight duty period is exceeded, ask crew if they can extend their FDP, otherwise find another crew on standby to substitue.<br><br><br>(STAGE 3)<br>If flight take off before curfew or if there is no curfew,<br><br>Commence boarding procedure of payload<br><br><br>If there is curfew before the scheduled departure,<br><br>Provide accomodations for passengers for the night until the airport reopens and schedule a flight to take them<br><br>Unload all cargo and store them in a cargo facility.<br><br><br>If passenger want to leave the flight, remove his luggage as well as to provide partial refund.<br><br>(STAGE 4)<br>- Unload payload immediately<br>- Provide accomodation and transport to and fro the airport until the next avaliable flight<br>- Meal Vounchers and free gifts as a apology<br></mark><br></div>]]></description>

Check if any other airlines if have empty seats flying to ABC station before the new estimated arrival time to rebook flights for affected passengers.<br>5. Accommodate to the needs of all passengers <br>6.Replace any inflight catering if their consumable period exceed<br>7.Ensure that flight duty period of flight crew is below the flight duty limit<br>8. Replace any flight crew whose flight duty limit is affected.<br>9. Replace any inflight catering if their consumable period exceed<br>10. Provide lounge access, food vouchers &amp; blankets to affected passengers (Accommodate to all their needs)<br>11. Be ready to cater to their accommodations just incase the delays exceeds 8 hours/ overnight delay<br>12. When aircraft is ready inform the passengers and ABC station manager<br>13. Make final checks before take off<br>14. Provide affected passengers with an appropriate amount of compensation<br><br><strong>Stage 3:</strong><br>1. Inform passengers &amp; ABC station that the flight is ready<br>2. Apologise to all passengers for the delay&nbsp;<br>3. Load the perishable cargos &amp; passengers back on&nbsp;<br>4.&nbsp; Make final checks on the aircraft before take off<br>5. Thank the engineers for repairing efficiently.<br><br>If one passenger decides to offload himself, give him full refund to ensure satisfaction &amp; offload his baggage.<br><br>Stage 4:<br>1. Inform passengers of the delay and apologise the inconvenience &amp; keep them informed every 30 min<br>2. Inform ABC station manager of the situation<br>3. Check for next available flight to rebook flights for affected passengers.&nbsp;<br>4.
