This picture is okay, I used the rule of thirds but the subject is kind of mediocre. I wish I made my shutter speed a little faster so that the sky would be a little darker.

I have a lot of plant photos because it's the only interesting subject in my house oops. I really like how I used high aperture in this photo so the background is seperate from the subject. I also used fill the frame! There is a lot of texture in this photo because of the leaves.

In this photo I used negative space to separate the subject and background. I wish I put the plant in a different colored pot though because the pot blends in with the negative space too much.

I used rule of thirds in this photo to place the subject (skateboard). I think that the sidewalk and the road have leading lines that direct the eye to the subject.

I used the leading lines of the cabin wood and the porch to focus the eye onto the subject (my aunt). I think my shutter speed was too slow though.

For today's assignment I recreated Glass Tears by Man Ray!  I edited the photo so that emphasis was on the eyes and there was a sharp focus on the eyes. I also raised the contrast and filled the frame like in the original.

I like this photo because  due to the yellow shirt, my subject (Rei) is emphasized. Overall I really like the color scheme with combinations of yellow, greens and browns.

For this photo I took a lot of photos of my plants and combined them! I felt like the colors we’re to sharp on the eyes so I turned the contrast down and put the saturation up, I feel like the colors still don’t look that good though.

In this photo, I really like the lighting that the lights reflected onto the book. However, I think that maybe I should have angled the book differently because there is a shadow that I don't like on the middle of the book.

In this photo I liked the reflection of the light on the bottom. However, I think that the cropping of this photo is weird and I should have shown the whole book stack. I also do not like the little flare at the top.

I am really proud of this photo, I filled the frame with oranges and place the contrasting blue on top of the oranges at the rule of thirds line.
