As seen in this image, everyone is working together to keep the log up. If one person does not have enough focus, determination, or even downright strength, the log will fall. Similarly, when in charge of a large entity such as a country, many pieces are working together to ensure a functional, effective rule. If one pieces slips out of place, the authority, and ultimately its people, will fall victim.

Wade put into effect a series of trigger laws banning abortions in the state (even in cases of rape or incest). This image is a picture of power. It shows the powerful and protected right that US citizens have to the 1st amendment and with it the legal permission to be heard and to protest as well as the power of desperation. This woman's privacy and bodily autonomy has been violated and she, like many other women across the United States, is in mourning and in anger over this loss. She stands with hope and with agency.

To see such an ordinary part of life, such as a gas station or cafe (as pictured above), reduced to a raging fire really emphasized the danger that climate change has on everyday life. The power of visual evidence can truly be seen with the recent action taken on both state and national levels to respond to climate change.

However, about 100,000 Rastas came to see him on this very special day, referred to as Grounation Day. In the Rasta movement, Selassie is essentially portrayed as a Jesus reincarnate. This belief was based on several elements of his life lined up with Biblical prophecies. What further instilled this was Selassie’s arrival led to a downpour despite the ongoing drought that had been impacting Jamaica for so long. His deification had become so severe, that he was forced to publicly announce that he was simply a mere mortal and was not a God. However, thousands continue to worship this king.

The Tiananmen Square massacre was the result of the Chinese government's rejection of students protesting for a more open and democratic China. Martial law was declared and the protestors were fired upon by military with guns and tanks, with the death toll estimated to be at least several hundred, and forcibly removed from the square by the "People's Liberation Army". The reason this image reflects so much power is that in China still today this image is heavily censored on their internet. Young people in China do not know what this picture represents, this is the power that the CCP has over the minds of the people living in China.
