You might be thinking the cactus family is clearly the most dominant, however cacti can only be found in the Americas in as much mass population as it is here.

It would be able to retain water while going around in the heat, and has the hunting skills of a big cat. It is special because it is  mix of a plant and an animal. The cactus cat is suited for the desert because it really has no predators. It has spikes all over its body which allow it to ward off other animals trying to harm it. The cactus cat is very elusive and hasn’t been seen by many. If you see one throughout your trip to the desert, consider yourself very lucky.
