I’ve been playing tennis since I was in 8th grade through 11th. It’s probably one of my favorite sports. I used to only do dance as a sport since I was little. I wanted to try something different so I joined tennis, my best friend Erin joined with me. I’ve met most of my friendships through tennis. Including my doubles partner Brynn. Tennis season goes on through the fall. I took some tennis classes this year and I’ve gotten way better. I’m really proud of me and my doubles partner Brynn for making it to varsity this year.

What I did this summer

This doesn’t look exactly like the beach I went to this summer, but this summer I went to church camp the beginning for 3 days with my church connect group, it was one of the best experiences of my life. There they had a lake, baby goats, bonfires, shops, paddle boarding. And many activities to do every day. I also hung out with my friends every day and we did lots of things, we went shopping, to the beach (lots of times),valley fair, minnehaha falls, and the state fair. My favorite thing I did this summer was probably going to church camp. And going to the state fair. One of my favorite things at the fair their cheese curds or smoothies.

I have 5 people in my family this includes- My oldest brother Gavin (He’s in the middle) in this picture he’s 23, he no longer lives with us he goes to college at UMD in Duluth Minnesota. He’s majoring in computer science. My brother on the left his name is Owen he’s 20, he goes to college at Aurora University in Aurora Chicago. He’s majoring in business and minoring in Spanish. He no longer lives with me anymore. I just live with my mom and dad, my dad’s a software engineer and my mom’s a stay at home mom. My mom’s name is Brooke and my dad’s name is Matt. I also live with my dog Nora she’s a boxer and she’s 5 years old. I’ve always lived in Blaine, Minnesota. My mom is from South Dakota and she’s lived there her whole life and my dad is from Owatonna, Minnesota. His family also traveled a lot when he was younger so he’s lived all over. I’ve traveled a lot for my brother Owen’s lacrosse games, he does traveling lacrosse in college. So me and my family always go to his games. I’ve been to many states including California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Louisiana, Massachusetts, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Ohio. One of my favorite places was going to Massachusetts with one of my best friends Erin, we went to Boston Massachusetts and viewed all of their history. They had the best food ever. I’ve also gone on a cruise to Mexico and stayed at a resort in Mexico for my brothers senior trips. I also went to Canada on a house boat with my family on the boarder of Minnesota and Canada. I’ve been out of the country 3 times. I really want to travel the world when im older and travel around Southeastern Europe. I’d say as a person im a very curious person, I love hanging out with my family and friends. I’m interested in going into the medical field when im older and helping people. I specifically want to be a pediatrician nurse and work with little kids. And I love animals, flowers and drawing.

Something going well in my life

I’ve been really happy with where I am in life, I’ve been working at the twins stadium with one of my best friends at her dad’s restaurant. And it’s been really fun, I get free food everyday and I get to work every shift with my best friend Josephine. Her dad is also going to be opening a restaurant at the US bank stadium and we’re going to be working at concerts and Vikings foot ball games.

I started getting into reading last year, this is a novel by Colleen Hoover that one of my friends recommended to me. It was a really sad book, and they came out with a movie for it as well. But it was pretty interesting. I’ve been enjoying reading books this summer as well. Ive gone to book stores to buy some. So I’m really excited and interested in what we are going to be reading this year.

My strengths, interests and needs

Some of my strengths is being very understanding, I feel like I can get along with a lot of people. I also feel like I’m a very fast learner even in different settings I can quickly understand things. Some of my interests are playing tennis and track I also enjoy beauty I love doing hair, makeup and clothes. I need to work hard in my classes and get good grades, one of my goals this year is to get a 4.0.
