These are the woods where America ran to when the Rebels invaded the castle. In the woods she encountered a rebel in the woods. She was carrying a bag of books. The Rebel looked up and saw America but the rebel didn't hurt her. The rebel just curtsied and left.

Dear Kiera Cass,

I loved your book very much and think that it's really good. I love how the least likely person to be princess is still competing and has a very high chance of winning. I'm glad that America doesn't love Aspen the same way she used to because that would've been a bad problem to have if she was going to be princess. I love all the swoon in the book I think its just the right amount and I wouldn't have thought of it another way. I'm already reading the next book and it's so good and I hope America wins. I love Kriss and all but I feel like America would make for a better Queen. I feel that she would change the Kingdom and how it runs. I loved the books so far and I hope you keep writing many more books.

This quote is important to the story line because it indicates that one of the rebel groups is going to come back again and cause trouble that will disturb the whole Kingdom.

This quote is important to the story line because this is the King screaming at America because his son decided that she should stay. He is made because he doesn't think America is good enough to be princess much likely Queen because of this America pushes herself after she is told this by the King.

Aspen used to be America's boyfriend before he broke up with her. They reunited at the castle but things weren't the same because America was in love with Maxon (the prince) so Aspen lost his chance to be with America.

Only one will win in the end:

This book was fantastic and it pulled me in to read more and more. Honestly I couldn't put this book down because it was so good. Along with the entertainment the book was very detailed and gave us an insight on what the others thought of this competition.

The Author believes that people aren't always what they seem to be. America was just a normal girl who was in a lower caste. She didn't act like royalty or looked like one but one day she decided to sign up to do something that would change her life. 35 girls entered this competition now only 6 girls remain and America is one of them. Maxon definitely wants America and she has a scoring chance. If she does win she could change how things are. She could remove the castes and have equality for all Illea. The author also believes that trust is something hard to do. Since Maxon went around mingling with other girls America thought he didn't love her anymore but he did. Maxon thought America was pushing away so he started seeing other girls. Later on in the book we see that trust is very important to America and Maxon.
