K-1 Teachers
For years they would always say, "well 'our' students can't do that... It's different for our students.
We are not hearing that anymore. The teachers have embraced the growth mindset and are willing to try the new things and make them work for their students, rather than dismiss it entirely.

Emily Fisihetau (5th grade) and Lonnie Tapia (4th grade)
These teachers are leading out at individualized and differentiated centers during small group time. They also are great about teaching student self-direction, and accountability using digital data notebooks.
