3-4 cups of wheat
2 cups boiled chickpeas
2 water beans boiled dry beans
20 pieces of dried apricots
½ cup of raisins (sultaniye)
1 orange peel rim
10-15 pieces of dried fig
1 packet of vanilla
1 pinch of salt
4-5 cans of powdered sugar
½ cups of currant
Ingredients for the top
Hazelnut
Walnut
Currant
Pomegranate
Pinenuts
Cinnamon
Preparation
In the evening wash the wheat thoroughly until the water is clear. Put enough water to pass it over and boil for 5 minutes, close the cover and wait overnight.
Add water to the wheat the next day and add hot water until the boil water boils down until it softens.
Put the chopped chickpeas into the boil and boil the dried beans.
Remove the raisins that you have left in the water and add. Add the orange peel, the grape of the bird and mix. Add the sugar and boil for 5 more minutes.
Add dry apricots, salt and vanilla.
At the same time, cut the figs into small cubes, boil them in a separate bowl and add to the pot. Share it hot in containers.
After cold water, garnish them with the ingredients you want and serve them cold.
