the superdome is now a hazard covered with a fowl wrench smell of urine decay and feces finally evacuation busses arrive to the super dome thousands stand outside waiting in line in 100 degree weather. animals are left to starve and die disaster clean crew comes after New Orleans is drained and 1,400 are found dead

this book starts before hurricane Katrina starts and we get to see and meet some people and get to know their stories before the category 5 hit new Orleans we learn that some people have places to go while other have no where. Some residents believed that it would take a different route but unfortunately it did not

the storm is quicky on its way New Orleans winds are heavier then normal and its citizens can tell that this hurricane is gonna be one to remember. hospitals and roads are full with the elderly sick and those trying to evacuate. those that have decided to stay or that didn't have a choice are now without power and in heavy rain thunder and wind conditions

the heavy rain and thunder weather presumes and canals from river are starting to over flow causing New Orleans to start flooding. with the introduction of the flooding animals and insects are also caught in the mix up and are starting to create a hazard for humans flooded water is becoming toxic and those who caught in it wlll fall to the sickness that follows

uptown area is still flooded with water and it is more dangerous then ever. Rescue boats and helicopter are seen collecting people that got left in the storm and over at the superdome qualify of life is filthy, overcrowded, hot and without food or water it is said that evac busses are on thier way but it is all lies for some reason its like they're all trapped

Food born illness is a very serious and devastating occurrence that should be always be avoided anywhere where food is served. while erasing food born illness is impossible there are ways to reduce it.
>making sure when food is being stored it is held at its proper T&TDZ (TIME & TEMPTURE DANGR ZONE)
> avoid cross contamination between harmful pathogens of raw product like egg and blood to ready to eat food that will no longer be cooked
TYPES OF CONTAMANATION
>Physical- metal shavings, bandages and or any physicals inedible object found in food
>chemical- chemicals not fit for consumption found in food
> biological-bi-products of animals plants or fungus that are harmful found in food or cooked improperly
>keep sure all food handlers keep up a good hygienic routine and are constantly washing thier hands and changing thier gloves

Frankie our main character lives with their grandparents on a farm stead. while Frankie is away their grandma goes through their social media accounts and finds something she wasn't supposed to see and is threating to send Frankie to Christian conversion camp to restore thier Christian morals. after an argument Frankie storms out and finds a place to cry but is not alone and meets Clara on the other side of the fence and even without seeing each other they become friends

SETTING takes place on a farmstead in the middle of nowhere far away from anyone and that is an issue with Frankie

Frankie shares music with Clara and vents, Frankie asks Clara to run away but she says she cant so Frankie decides to go see Clara herself after jumping the fence Clara is no where to be seen but a hole is left where Clara once stood. Frankie follows her trail but then gets knocked out and tied up by the farmer and he try's to kill them but is saved by Clara story 1 ends

story two begins main character is Christina a college student that finds a mattress with a suspicious stain on regardless she takes it home to her dorm so she dose not have to sleep on the floor. while sleeping she has a "nightmare'" but it turns out to be true and Christina starts to itch and falls very sick

Charlie does not recognize any land marks yet he continue to follow Jasper. eventually Jasper stops in his trail to the sight off a huge tree. Charlie notices and looks up in amazement, this tree is huge

at the tree Laura a friend of both Jasper and Charlie is seen hanging by the very rope jasper uses, jaw dropped Charlie doesn't know what to say. Jasper convinces Charlie that's its no him but may be Jack Lionel that always had something out for jasper. Charlie suggests reporting this to the police but Jasper refuses as he will be blamed even though he is innocent becuase this town seems have it out for Jasper Jones
