         <description><![CDATA[<div>Unhealthy coping skills are things such as drugs, alcohol, and changing how you look. Using these types of things to cope with emotions, or loss they will become habit or addiction.<br>It takes anywhere from 18 to 254 days for a person to form a new habit and an average of 66 days for a new behavior to become automatic.<br>Good for you it only takes 21 days to break a habit.<br>If you can learn to cope with change  you'll lower your risk for anxiety and depression. Your relationships will flourish, and your body will feel healthier. But if you can't cope with change only a minor amount of stress can make you feel overwhelmed by life.</div>]]></description>
