The main differences was the lager sates wanted it to be bast on population.But the small sates wanted it to be that it so be complexity equally.There was two houses and one was that each sate got 2 representative and then  the other was by population. Then it was every 5 slaves was 3 people and so they said that was fine.So then there was tow groups one was okay with the government and how big it was getting.But then the other side was ageist the new goverment          </p>]]></description>

The Federalists were the people that wanted the passing of the new Costitution and wanted the power.</p>]]></description>
