Look at class set up (context) and class dynamics, video is not conclusive to determine background. Tone of instructions: firm and clear and to the point

Use of visual aids may help with reinforcing instructions

Class wasn’t ready for lesson. A few instructions needed to be repeated. IT routine is not established for the class. Com lab may be a better environment for the using of IT.

Changing the environment will make it easier for students to use laptops than going to the computer lab.
