Claim of Cause and Effect: Buying locally brings a feeling of closeness in the community.
"Locavores argue that buying local food supports an area's farmers, and in turn, strengthens the community (McWilliams 966)."
Warrant: This makes the community see the advantage in growing as a whole with the same goals.
Claim of Fact: We aren't given enough information.
"The one big problem with thinking beyond food miles is that it's hard to get the information you need about the ethics being used."
Warrant: The lack of information is detrimental to the locavore movement's cause.
