These roles taught me how to care for individuals with different needs, communicate effectively, and work well under pressure. I also have strong soft skills like patience, empathy, and adaptability — which I know are essential in healthcare. I’m eager to grow and bring value to your team.”

What do you believe is the best way to handle an aggressive patient?

If I encounter an aggressive patient, I believe the best approach is to stay calm and respectful. I would try to understand what’s causing their frustration and use a calm tone to de-escalate the situation. I would try to give them space if needed and avoid arguing. If things continue or become unsafe, I would follow protocol by notifying my supervisors or asking for assistance. As we all know Safety always comes first for the patient and the team.

Describe one of your weaknesses and how do you plan on working to improve this weakness in the position you’re applying for?

One weakness I’ve noticed is that I sometimes get nervous speaking in front of groups. To improve, I’ve been practicing by participating more in class discussions and presentations. I’m confident this will help me communicate better with patients and coworkers in the healthcare setting or system
