         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have learn the importance of maintaining proper body mechanics.<br>To reduce the risk of injuries due to improper body mechanics, make it a habit to maintain proper posture at all time (standing, walking , sitting etc.) When there's a need to carry heavy objects, make sure that we do not strain ourselves by using the right posture. Using suitable equipment/ aid to assist in lifting to avoid potential injuries.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The biggest takeaway from this module is to realise how we often neglect something so fundamental and something which we usually take for granted. Proper body mechanics is really something which we can benefit greatly from just by simply paying a little more attention to it.<br><br>In our daily lives, it bears remembering and practising how to maintain proper posture, how to maintain a proper sleeping position and how to take precautions not to over-exert and injure ourselves.</div>]]></description>
