Balancing the diverse needs of participants can be complex, especially as this workshop brings together teachers and leaders from all programme levels, PYP, MYP, DP, and school leadership. My challenge is to ensure that every voice is heard and that all participants feel their unique contexts are acknowledged. I aim to strike a balance by integrating examples across programmes, highlighting transferable practices, and fostering dialogue that benefits the whole IB community.
