I am from Colombia, however live in Valledupar in apart study, with my mother and my dog. My apartstudy It has a bathroom, a living room, kitchen, patio, terrace in my house I have a beautiful garden.

I wake up 5:45am I have breakfast at 8:00 a.m., I eat: eggs, eat toast and tea, I get about 6:55 am. 

I eat lunch 12:40 pm at house or office ; depending, on occasions,  eat on a lot of protein and salads, and on others, little flour, carbohydrates and sweet. 

I go back home 6:30 pm. I bathe with cold water, study for a while, play with my dog, have dinner, watch a series and go to sleep.

Finally I eat dinner when my mom comes home. I eat tea with cookies or eggs, I go to bed sleep before 10 pm. I don't have enough time, but I dedicate something to it on the weekend.
